At ShortsPie App (“ShortsPie”, “we”, “our”, “us”), we stand by the quality of our Software. However, due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final. Refunds are only available under the limited conditions outlined below.

1. Eligible Refunds

We may issue a refund if:

  • You made a duplicate purchase of ShortsPie.
  • You accidentally purchased the wrong product.
  • ShortsPie is proven to have a technical issue that prevents it from functioning on your system, and our support team is unable to resolve the problem within a reasonable timeframe.

2. Refund Request Window

  • Refund requests based on technical issues must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
  • Requests made after this period will not be eligible.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Failure to learn or use the Software properly.
  • Requests submitted after the 30-day window.
  • Situations outside the limited conditions listed above.
